When the City switched to Virginia Retirement System in 2023, the website needed to be redesigned to accommodate the members of the grandfathered retirement system as well as the members of the newly adopted retirement system.
As a Management Analyst for the City of Norfolk, Department of Finance’s Retirement Bureau, I developed an effective digital content strategy, timeline, reusable content, and measuring success via user experience – all within the framework of the City’s established branding and communications standards.
